Hey Warrior Reader,

I thought I'd drop in and give you an update on my life in case you have been following along. I hope you are doing well. Mental Health wise, I am doing well right now, but physically, my body is going nuts lol. I've been having fainting spells for several months and nobody's quite sure why. Lots of guesses but no real answers. Well, now I've started having seizures, ugh! Again, plenty of guesses but no real answers. I did however, get a referral to a neurologist, so hopefully I will have some answers soon.

Life is like that, there is always something going on. But it is much easier to deal with all of these things when your mental health is in check.

One of the ways I've been keeping my mental health in check lately is meditating. Every day I take about 50 minutes to an hour to meditate, usually on my lunch break during the work week. It really alleviates the stress I'm feeling and makes the second half of the day much easier. I actually look forward to it.
